Second annual flagship. The format begins to settle.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Spring 2015. The Mongolian-American Career Fair returned for a second year, this time on the East Coast. The same founding team that had built the Chicago event repeated the formula in D.C., proving the inaugural gathering wasn't a one-off. Year two also marked the beginning of organizational growth: new volunteers stepped in, the recruiter panel expanded, and the network of Mongolian professionals willing to mentor the next cohort began to compound.
The full 2015 keynote and panel list is still being reconstructed from archives. What is documented is the consequence: D.C. confirmed that the demand for a Mongolian professional gathering wasn't tied to any one city, and the team began planning a return to the West Coast for the following year.
In 2015, NHUB ("I Have Something to Say") was still operating as an independent competition outside the MACF format. The two would merge in 2016 to become the combined MNG Summit weekend. Records from this era live with original organizers — past participants can contribute at archive@mngsummit.org.
Names still being reconstructed from the original team's records.
