What it does.

  • Mentorship matching: Hand-supplemented matching engine. Industry, career stage, and time-zone. Three-month cohorts.
  • Member directory: Every alum + speaker + working board member, searchable.
  • Community feed: A members-only space for jobs, intros, asks.
  • Event tools: RSVPs, attendee networking, post-event follow-ups.

Why we're building it.

For twelve years we've gathered once a year and the conversations carried us until the next summit. Now the network is too big and too distributed to wait for October.

The Hub is the biggest infrastructure bet in a decade — the place the room lives between summits, owned by the community, not by Meta or LinkedIn.
