Why chapters.
Why now.

For twelve years MNG Summit lived once a year. A weekend. A photo. A LinkedIn post. And then back to inboxes. The community is bigger than a weekend now, and one annual room can't carry that weight.

So we're branching out. Chapters are how MNG Summit lives in your week, not just on your calendar.

We're starting with New York because New York made us. This city compresses people. It pushes harder, costs more, asks more, and somehow that's exactly what made the Mongolian network here pull tighter, not looser. Happy hours that turned into co-founder calls. Pickleball games that turned into reference checks. A board-game night that found someone a sublet.

None of that scales from a single annual summit. It scales from showing up to the same room, on the same Thursday, with the same people, every month.
