To empower, encourage, and engage the next generation of Mongolians to reach their fullest potential. From a forty-person career fair in 2014 to a year-round community across eight cities, run entirely by volunteers.

Joined the Design committee in 2018 after attending Seattle 2017 as a participant. Program Director on the Board (2020–2024), Vice President through the leadership transition (Dec 2024 – Apr 2025), now President. Designer by training; formerly United Nations.

Owns the MNG Hub platform. Technical lead on AI integration, member directory, and mentorship matching — everything that makes the platform feel like a community, not a database.
