Based in Chicago, she started her practice at DB Associates in 2013 and has since represented many Mongolian community members in navigating complex immigration laws among other legal needs ranging from criminal defense, personal injury, real estate, to business law. Duka is a compassionate attorney who cares about immigration rights and has even held a pro bono legal workshop for F-1 students at the MNG Summit 2019 in NYC. She received her JD law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
