MNG Summit is a 501c3 non-profit organization for young professionals and our mission is to empower, encourage, and engage the next generation of Mongolians to reach their fullest personal and professional potentials.
We strive to achieve our mission by: providing professional development trainings and networking opportunities, providing a safe and encouraging platform to freely express their opinions and innovative ideas, and promoting and fostering leadership skills.

Newsroom Coordinator | NBC Sports
Guamaral, an experienced media and broadcast professional, has worked on Olympic Games production and served as Marketing & Design Manager at Special Olympics Northern California. She holds an MA in Sports Management from the University of Tsukuba and is a longtime volunteer with MNG Summit.
Enkhtur Narant
Software Engineer | Google
Enkhtur is a generalist Software Engineer at Google, with over five years of experience across a broad range of projects. Before joining the MNG Summit board, he served as a guest speaker, offering industry perspectives. Enkhtur holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
Tumenkhuslen Batdelger
Course Associate | Columbia University
Tumenkhuslen has been part of the MNG Summit since 2021. She holds a Finance degree from the University of Wisconsin and graduated from Columbia University with a master's in enterprise risk management. At Columbia, Huslen served as the Vice President of the Columbia Risk Management Club and is currently supporting future Columbia risk professionals as a course associate.
Jackie Jargal
Legal and Market Regulation | CME Group
Jacqueline Jargal is a legal and market regulation professional at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). She is pursuing her law degree at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (Class of 2025). A former Division I athlete and professional tennis player, she has represented Mongolia internationally and helped organize the 2022 MNG Summit in Miami.
Itgel Delgerdalai
Software Engineer | Google
Itgel is a Software Engineer at Google and an MIT alumna with a Master’s degree in Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. With a strong foundation in machine learning and data-driven solutions, she has worked with organizations like NYU Langone Health, State Street, and Agrolly. Itgel has served as President of AMSA and previously volunteered for MNG Summit.

Batchimeg Ganbaatar

Batchimeg has been with MNG Summit since its inception in 2014 when she organized our first career fair in Chicago, IL. Throughout the years, Batchimeg has led our program development and marketing efforts. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Enkhtuya Enkh-Erdene
Accounting Manager | PepsiCo
Based in Chicago, Tuya has been the finance lead for MNG Summit since organizing the first career fair in 2014 and has been an instrumental organizer year after year. She is an Accounting Manager and holds an MBA from NIU and Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University.
Jantsankhorol Damdinsuren
MPA Graduate | Columbia University
Jantsaa has also been with MNG Summit since inception, but his involvement in the Mongolian community stretches many years beyond that. He is currently pursuing Masters in Public Administration and has recently interned at UNICEF.
Khangai Tserenraash
Associate Banker | European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
Khangai joined MNG Summit board after participating in our 2020 Virtual Speaker Series as a guest speaker. He currently works as an associate banker at the EBRD’s natural resources team. Khangai holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Essex (UK).
Maralmaa Munkh-Achit
Obama Foundation Scholar | Columbia University
Maralmaa has been a long-time volunteer organizer with MNG Summit. Previously, she worked as the Executive Director of the Zorig Foundation, a non-profit organization working in areas of youth, education, and democracy in Mongolia. Maralmaa is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
Minjin Altansukh
Marketing Intern | Commercial Brokers International
Minjin joined as a volunteer for MNG Summit 2018 in Los Angeles, CA. She has since supported our marketing efforts as well as led virtual speaker event on Mongolian Filmmakers. Minjin is currently pursuing her Bachelors degree at University of Southern California.
Munkhbat Munkhjargal
Associate Cloud Architect | AWS
Munkhbat attended the MNG Summit in 2016 and has been involved with the Mongolian community in the US ever since. Previously, he worked as the President of the Association of Mongolian Students in America (AMSA). Munkhbat is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame and Earlham College.
Ganaa Zagdbazar
BIM Project Engineer | Hathaway Dinwiddie
Ganaa started as a volunteer organizer in 2015 and was the lead organizer for MNG Summit in Los Angeles in 2017. She has a Civil Engineering degree from University of Southern California and is currently a Project Engineer based in LA.
Temuulen Tumurbat
Managing Partner | Nomadic Venture Partners
Temuulen is a two-time host of MNG Summit and has hosted many events for the Mongolian community. He has a Mining Engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines and is a Private Equity Professional based in Denver, CO.
Yanjaa Munkhbat
Design Consultant | United Nations
Yanjaa attended the Summit in Seattle in 2016, became a volunteer year after, and was instrumental in organizing the 2019 event in NYC. She is a self-taught designer based in NYC and holds Masters in Design Management degree from University of Bridgeport.
